May is old and weak, with a sick heart, so Peter must keep his other identity a secret at all costs, as the shock of learning the truth about her nephew would surely be too much for her to bear. Fortunately her new friend, Anna Watson (MJ's Aunt), has befriended the kindly woman and eventually moves in to help look after her.
